By using DaySpark, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short and human.
What DaySpark is
DaySpark is a daily reflection app that delivers one carefully written quote per day. Everything runs on your device. There is no account to create.
Subscriptions
- Every install begins with a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No payment is required to start the trial.
- After the trial, DaySpark is $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on iOS).
- Refunds are handled by Apple. Submit refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute DaySpark content. Don't use the app to harass others. Don't attempt to circumvent paywalls or notification systems.
Content ownership
DaySpark's daily reflections and design are owned by DaySpark. Reflections you write privately in the app belong to you — we don't claim any ownership of them.
No warranty
DaySpark is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running well, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaySpark's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll notify you in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
