How is DaySpark different from a motivation app?

DaySpark is a daily emotional clarity system, not a motivation app. We don't shout. We don't promise transformation in 7 days. Each reflection is written to feel emotionally mature — calm, grounded, and useful for real life.

How many quotes are there?

365 — one for every day of the year. The same quote does not repeat for a full year.

Can I change my reminder time?

Yes. Open the app and visit Settings → Notification time. You can choose Morning, Afternoon, or Evening, or set a custom time on supported devices.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone and tap DaySpark. You can cancel anytime. Cancelling before the end of your billing period keeps DaySpark active until that date.

What happens to my saved Sparks if I cancel?

Your saved Sparks and reflections stay on your device. Cancelling ends premium access, but anything you saved is yours to keep.

Can I export my reflections?

Everything you save is stored locally on your device. iCloud backups include your DaySpark data automatically if you have iCloud enabled. For a manual export, email dayspark365@outlook.com and we'll walk you through pulling the file off your device.

How do I remove all my DaySpark data?

Delete the DaySpark app from your iPhone. Because everything is stored on your device, removing the app removes everything. There are no servers to wipe — we never had your data in the first place.
